Stanwell's Legal Compliance System is a control framework, which ensures that Stanwell employees remain aware of their responsibilities with respect to State and Commonwealth legislation, regulations, standards, guidelines and internal policies and procedures applying to our business activities. We have implemented a Legal and Regulatory Compliance Policy which highlights our focus on legal compliance throughout the organisation.
Our Employee Code of Conduct clearly defines the conduct standards expected of Stanwell employees.
