This page provides information on how to logon to the Stanwell network, and keeping your line manager informed during an emergency/crisis.

Crisis contacts
During an emergency/crisis, please contact your team leader or line manager if you have any questions or concerns about the situation. You should always have their number listed somewhere close, or available in your team business continuity plan, you can also check the GenNet (intranet site) phonebook for their work or mobile contact details.

Illness
If you are unwell as a result of an emergency, please notify your team leader or manager.
If you are unable or unwilling to be available to work from home during an event, please ensure you let your team leader or manager know.

IT-related help
If you are having trouble with something computer or telephone communications related, please contact the Service Desk by email (service.desk@stanwell.com) or call (07) 3228 4111.
You can also look through the help guides available on the GenNet ‘Information and Business Systems’ site, which may answer your IT questions.

Working from home
Working from home during an emergency is the same as working from home during non emergency times.
Go to https://www.mystanwell.com/ for Stanwell’s remote access website, which provides access to:• This Emergency Communication site.
• Outlook Web Access (for access to your email if you don’t have a SecurID token).
• Remote access to myDesktop all of Stanwell’s applications that you normally have access to such as MS Outlook, TRIM or Hummingbird, MS Office, GenNet (intranet site) (you will need your SecurID token to logon to myDesktop).

Alert levels
The guidelines  below reflect a security threat (internal or external) with an impact on our people or Stanwell assets, reputation, compliance, health and safety or the environment.

Impact Definition Action required
Level 5 Severe Notification received that protestor/intruder security threat to Stanwell is imminent or has occurred at one or multiple sites/offices.
Terrorist attack is imminent or has occurred and there may be a high risk of security threat to Stanwell assets (ICT, information, physical or our people).

Level 4 Major Notification received that protestor/intruder security threat to Stanwell is imminent at one or multiple sites/offices.
Terrorist attack is imminent and there may be a high risk of security threat to Stanwell assets (ICT, information, physical or our people).

Level 3 Moderate Notification received that Stanwell may incur a protestor/intruder security threat to a single site or office.
Terrorist attack could occur and there may be a specific security threat to a Stanwell site or office.

Level 2 Minor Protestor/intruder security threat could occur but there is no indication that Stanwell is a target for attack.
Terrorist attack could occur but there is no specific security threat identified for Stanwell.
