With over 40 years of operational excellence, Stanwell brings deep expertise in building, operating and maintaining energy generation assets in partnership with the communities where we live and operate. This expertise now supports the shift to renewable energy.
We are building a geographically and technologically diverse portfolio of renewable energy and storage projects, including wind, solar and batteries, while continuing to deliver affordable, reliable and secure electricity from two of Australia’s most efficient coal-fired power stations – the Tarong power stations near Kingaroy and Stanwell Power Station near Rockhampton.
