How to engage with Stanwell
The Zycus Supplier Network (ZSN) is the primary interface to interact with us. Registering on the portal is the first step toward exploring opportunities. Whether you're offering goods, services, or specialized expertise, we welcome your interest and invite you to register and become part of our network.
Zycus portalStanwell will generally invite tenders, proposals, quotes and expressions of interest from the supply market for all source to contract activities undertaken by Stanwell. Where a full open market tender is required, this is advertised on QTenders for wider outreach.

Stanwell purchases goods and services in accordance with the “Buy Queensland” approach, comprised of the Queensland Procurement Strategy 2023 and Queensland Procurement Policy 2023. All our procurement activities are conducted transparently, ethically, honestly and with fairness to all parties.

New Supplier Registration & Onboarding
Our supplier portal is the Zycus Supplier Network (ZSN). Follow the simple steps to register.
Zycus Supplier NetworkSet up an account with an authorised email address and password.
Complete mandatory details and upload relevant documentation.
Submit your application for verification.
Stanwell will notify you of the outcome confirming your status as a potential supplier.
This is not a confirmation or guarantee that you will receive work from us, but that you do meet the criteria for eligibility.
We will notify you of potentially relevant opportunities from time to time, but encourage you to build relationships with the relevant departments and divisions for your business.
If you are selected to provide a product or service, you may be notified to upload additional information such as bank details, HSE compliance (if applicable) to the portal.
As an operational supplier, we want to build a relationship with you and ensure both you and our business are delivering a value for money, quality service.
The Zycus portal will be the day-to-day interface to manage our sourcing to contract activities.
After contract execution, you will be ready to do business with us. We will manage and communicate upstream documents with you by email, including:
Purchase Order emails, and Purchase Order EDI for business-to-business transactions, where both purchase orders and invoices are exchanged.
Requests for quotes and outstanding order (expediting) requests.
Provision of remittance advices.
All goods delivered to Stanwell sites must include a delivery docket that specifies the purchase order number. This requirement applies even if the goods are delivered by a third party. Failure to do this may result in delays in receipt of the goods and payment processing.
Important – Zycus portal registrations are unique for each business you work with. If your business has registered with other customers using the ZSN portal, you need to register with Stanwell separately. When you are registered and log in, you can toggle between your customers to engage with them.
Portal Help – There is help available to guide you through initial registration. This is located on the log in page and will help you with undertaking various activities such as responding to RFx’s (RFP’s, RFQs, RFIs) and updating your company profile The Help button is located on the top right-hand side of the landing page after you log in.
